ORDERING and PAYMENT
All payments are received securely through PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to order from this site, you can use your debit or credit cards. Please note that PayPal does not share any of your payment details with Razorblade Mermaid and they remain confidential between yourself and PayPal.
DELIVERY
Razorblade Mermaid will ship your item within 3 days of your order being placed and all orders will be sent via first class Royal Mail post or International post as appropriate. Please note we cannot be held responsible for items that are lost in the mail.
RETURNS
Each piece of Razorblade Jewellery is handmade with a lot of care and attention to detail and is checked for quality purposes afterwards. Our aim is for you to love your item and be 110% satisfied. If for any reason you are unsatisifed with your item, then we will issue a full refund on receipt of the item. The item must be in a resalable condition and your postage will not be refunded. Please note, unless faulty, earrings are non-returnable to hygiene reasons.
